The displayed offer prices are based on items in excellent condition—deductions will apply to those in average, poor, or broken condition, as detailed below.

General Condition Guidelines

We do not deduct for the following:

Case replacements due to being broken, chipped, etc. (Cover art requirements still apply)
Dry save batteries on Pokémon games
Handhelds that are missing chargers or stylus
Missing AV/HDMI cables

Disc Games

Requirements
  • Disc must be in good condition or can be repaired
  • Disc does not have top scratching
  • Cover art has no discoloration, water damage, or tears
  • PlayStation 1 and Dreamcast games missing manuals/cover art are considered Loose
Disc Deductions
  • Damaged cover art
  • Light to excessive disc scratching
  • Non-NTSC games
  • Non-English NTSC games

Cartridge Games

Requirements
  • Cartridge is clean with no marker, deep scratching, or stickers
  • Cartridge pins are clean, clear of debris, and not corroded
  • Labels have no major tears, folds, or discoloration
Cartridge Deductions
  • Major cleaning required
  • Front label wear or heavy wear of any kind
  • Broken plastic, chips, or cracks on cartridges
  • Non-functioning cartridges
  • Battery corrosion on internal board

Handhelds

Requirements
  • Be fully tested, working, cleaned, and have little to no scratching or wear
  • Have battery cover where applicable

We do not deduct for missing stylus or missing charger.

Handheld Deductions
  • Heavy wear of any kind
  • Not fully operational
  • Yellowed Screens
  • Dead pixels in screen
  • Discolored screen spots
  • Inability to read games
  • Dead buttons
  • Dead charging port
  • Joycon drift
  • Faulty or cracked hinges

Consoles

No Deductions For:
  • Missing battery covers
  • Missing or dirty wrist straps
  • Missing N64 expansion bay covers
  • Missing Wii port covers
  • Missing GameCube port covers
  • System not formatted (though personal information should be removed)
Requirements
  • Cleanliness: Free from marker, deep scratches, or stickers
  • Functionality: Fully tested and confirmed to be in working order
  • Online Status: No active online bans
  • Parental lock must be removed
  • Bundles: We do NOT purchase complete bundles UNLESS the bundle contains a special edition console.

Note: Wavebird controllers must include the controller and receiver. Wii motion plus remotes must be embedded motion plus feature, not the motion plus adapter. No value will be assigned to external adapters.

Pokemon Cards

The following condition definitions apply to both singles and bulk card submissions.

Near Mint

Card shows little to no wear. May have very minor edge or surface imperfections but appears fresh and well-kept.

Lightly Played

Minor visible wear such as small edge wear, light scratches, or slight corner whitening. Card remains clean and presentable.

Moderately Played

Noticeable wear including edge wear, surface scratches, or small creases. Card is still sleeve playable.

Heavily Played

Significant wear such as heavy edge damage, creases, whitening, or surface scuffing. Structurally intact but clearly worn.

Damaged

Major defects such as bends, water damage, tears, ink marks, or missing pieces. We do not purchase cards in damaged condition.

Please ensure all items are odor-free. We cannot accept items with an extensive smoke smell, as these odors cannot be removed and will result in a rejected shipment.

All items sent to QuickFlips will be evaluated for condition at our team’s discretion. All deductions will be visible upon payment in your batch history. Items will not be returned.
