FAQs
Do I have to have a PayPal account to receive payouts for QuickFlips?
Not anymore! We will directly send you an eCheck to the email you have on file with us. You will still have the option to receive payments via PayPal Goods & Services but will take on the associated fees.
Can I use QuickFlips outside the United States?
QuickFlips is designed specifically with North American resellers in mind, as other continents have unique games, ratings, and prices. We are only able to offer QuickFlips prices for North American games and consoles, but you are welcome to send them from anywhere in the world! As for our other features, they are optimized for North American games and systems, but you can use them anywhere!
When I submit a QuickFlips batch, who pays for shipping?
Sellers are responsible for shipping costs.
Can I send items that do not have a current QuickFlips offer?
You're welcome to send an email with pictures to support@myquickflips.com for a quote. In general we stick mostly to the items that are on our QuickFlips list, but if we can't buy it we can also refer you to a buyer who pays well for you kind of item.
Please don't send any items that have not been approved as we cannot guarantee return shipping.
I'm not sure if my item meets the QuickFlips condition requirements - what do I do?
Our condition guidelines say we only accept games in 8/10 condition of better, but condition can be subjective. If you're on the fence about something, you can send an email with pictures to support@myquickflips.com for clarification. You can view our full condition guidelines here.
How often do QuickFlips prices change?
They change on the first of the month. We will continue to honor the previous months prices until the 5th of the following month, but packages delivered after that date will be subject to receiving the lower price of the two months for items in that batch. For example, if a package is delivered on September 7th with an invoice from a batch that was finalized in August, any items whose prices have dropped in September will be paid out at their September prices.
How soon do I have to ship my QuickFlips batch?
We recommend shipping the same day. You're welcome to ship it later though, as long as its in the same calendar month. Batches shipped in a different calendar month will be subject to deductions based on QuickFlips price changes of the items contained.
Can I make changes to my already-finalized QuickFlips batch?
No, please take care to double-check batch details before finalizing.
Where can I see a list of all the games you're buying?
Here.
Can I buy games from you?
We are not selling games to users through QuickFlips at this time, and our Amazon storefront is private.
This game never came with a manual, even in new condition. Can I still sell it as complete?
Yes! Many more recent games retailed with only inserts or nothing at all besides the game and case. If it includes whatever inserts it was released with, it is complete.
Can I elect to have my items returned if they don't meet the condition requirements, instead of having invoice deductions?
Right now we are unable to offer returns for rejected inventory. The prices we are able to offer on QuickFlips are predicated on extreme efficiency in processing. If we incorporated a returns infrastructure it would cost more time and labor per item, and our QuickFlips price offerings would suffer. As such we ask users, especially new users, to err on the side of caution when sending inventory, and only send items that follow the condition guidelines and have been tested.
Can I submit Canadian games to QuickFlips?
Yes, since Canadian games are NTSC we can buy them for regular QuickFlips Prices. Most of them will have different UPCs though, so to add them to your batch you'll just have to use search to find the US version and add that to your batch, rather than scanning the barcode.
